1. 100 grams Macaroni
2. 100 grams Frozen mixed vegetables
3. 1 Cucumber
4. 1 can Canned tuna
5. 1 Raisins (optional)
6. 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
7. 3 tbsp Ketchup
8. 1 dash Dried parsley
9. 1 dash Salt
10. 1 dash Pepper (optional)

Instructions to make Macaroni Salad with Aurora Sauce

1. Boil water and add some salt. Cook the macaroni ( follow the package instructions for cooking times).
2. Slice the cucumber thinly, massage with salt and leave to rest for a while. When the cucumber is wilted rinse under tap water and squeeze out very well.
3. Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the cooking water 2~3 minutes before the macaroni is done. Cook together in the same pan!
4. Drain the macaroni and mixed vegetables in a colander and run some cold water over them quickly.
5. Put the mayonnaise, ketchup, dried parsley and drained tune in a bowl. Mix well.
6. Add【２】,【４】and the raisins into【５】. Done! If it tastes too bland add some pepper.
7. I put some in my child's bento box for lunch.
