  1. To make paneer:
  2. Bring milk to boil,
  3. Add the vinegar/lemon juice.
  4. Wait till it curdles.
  5. Strain in a cheese cloth [Mulmal.
  6. Hang for a few min to allow water to seep out.
  7. Since this had to go in the sandwich, I hung it for only a couple of min. I did not want it to be all dry.

  9. Heat oil in a pan.
  10. Add the onion and capsicum.

  14. Once cooled, add hung curd/mayo and cheese spread.
  15. Put butter on one slice of the bread and add the stuffing on top. Cover with another slice and put in the sandwich maker.
